Cancellation Policy
📌 Default Service Policy – JonITShop (Applies to all individual services, including IT consultations, software installation, and troubleshooting.) 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved online payment options. Service prices are subject to change; however, the price at the time of booking will be honored. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. No-shows (failure to attend or respond within 15 minutes of the scheduled time) will result in forfeiture of the service fee. In rare cases where JonITShop must cancel an appointment (e.g., emergencies or unforeseen circumstances), the client may choose between a full refund or priority rescheduling. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment without any rescheduling fees. Rescheduling requests within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee, except in cases of emergencies. If JonITShop reschedules a session, no additional fees apply, and priority scheduling will be offered. 4. Service Scope & Limitations All services are provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees beyond the described service scope. Troubleshooting sessions are aimed at resolving issues within the booked time, but some complex issues may require multiple sessions or a more detailed assessment. Certain software installations, custom configurations, or network troubleshooting may require additional time beyond the initial booking. Clients will be informed in advance if this is necessary. 5. Liability Disclaimer JonITShop (a DBA of Wing Theater LLC) is not responsible for: Software or hardware failures caused by third-party applications, manufacturers, or external factors. Data loss due to installation, troubleshooting, or system optimizations. Clients are advised to back up their data before service. Service interruptions due to external factors such as internet outages, power failures, or customer-side technical issues. By booking a service, the client acknowledges that JonITShop will take all reasonable precautions to avoid issues but cannot guarantee absolute outcomes for third-party software,
